RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

IndusTek Group International, Inc is a specialized recruiting company whose main focus is matching job seekers with suitable contract and permanent positions with clients in IT Industry. We are located in Atlanta, USA with decades of experience in all sectors of IT Industry. Given below are some basic rules of operation and policies that apply to this independent contract recruiter program which will help you understand how we operate and to confirm your understanding and agreement. We are located in Atlanta, USA with decades of experience in all sectors of IT Industry. Given below are some basic rules of operation and policies that apply to this independent contract recruiter program which will help you understand how we operate and to confirm your understanding and agreement. 

1. This is not an exclusive recruitment contract, which means you are free to work on other jobs and contracts or work with other recruiting firms or have other sources of income as you prefer. You must have your own phone, internet and job portal access.
2. There are two type of tasks recruiters will be mostly involved with:
   a. Work on Job requirements which are available with IndusTek or you can work on your own requirements.
   b. Bring job requirements from direct clients for our recruiters to work on.
3. Fast response and quality effort are most important criteria we desire from all recruiters. All of our positions are fast moving, so we request recruiters to respond as quickly as possible.
4. Once we place a candidate with a client the bill rate margin payable to recruiter will be calculated and decided. Compensation will be based on the bill rate margin after closing any position as given in the benefits summary below.
5. You agree that client relations are confidential and you will not bypass IndusTek and work directly with the clients or vendors of IndusTek even after they try to work with you directly.
6. Recruitment takes lot of time and effort in general. It may take 1-2 months or more and lot of submissions to get an offer in the current IT market, so some patience will be needed. We have even placed candidates after 3 months if the independent recruiter continues to work with our team. However, we don’t guarantee any placement with clients as it depends on independent recruiter efforts.
7. This is an at-will contract opportunity and so as an independent recruiter, either party can decide at any time to stop the recruitment effort and let it be known that they no longer wish to continue on this effort.
8. All company and business information must be kept confidential and returned upon request.

INDEPENDENT RECRUITER BENEFITS SUMMARY.
Independent Recruiters (IR) are compensated based on the bill-rate margin upon placement of a candidate with a client.
• IndusTek strives to pay the highest possible commissions to all       Independent Recruiters (IR).
• As an IR, you may continue to work on your own requirements from your networkof clients/vendors to close maximum number of POs every month.
